3. Booking and Scheduling

Clients may schedule viewings or consultations through our contact form at contact form. Appointments can be transferred to a new date upon notice at least 48 hours before the original time.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for excellence in every offering. Below is our detailed policy regarding reimbursements and service transfers.

4.1 Service Packages

Clients may request a reimbursement via the original payment method within 7 business days of purchase, provided no on-site activities have commenced. Services may be transferred to a different date upon request made at least 48 hours in advance. Certain bespoke services—such as exclusive location scouting or fully arranged viewings—are non-reimbursable due to resources allocated in advance, though they may still be rescheduled.

4.2 Info-Products

If you have not downloaded or accessed your digital guide or report, you may request a full reimbursement within 7 business days of purchase. Requests must be submitted through our contact form. Once the download link has been accessed, the purchase becomes final.

4.3 Goods

Branded items may be replaced for an alternative size or style within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a replacement or reimbursement, submit a request through our contact form. Original shipping charges are not reimbursable.
